We just had a successful event conducted here in HQ-Ozamis last Sunday April 29, 2012 which is the Mentoring Leadership Training and Train the Trainer. The event started with a solemn prayer by Mngr. Rosalina Palad, followed by a powerful dance energizer. The said event was hosted by our Mktg. Assistant, Annie Polinag that enlightened the purpose of the event. And to fully understand the seminar, our speaker CM Bridget Cena gave the techniques on how to handle the Edmark business with success through the good relationship of in our business partner.

CM Bridget Cena also shared her experience on how she started the Edmark business together with his son Emerald Manager Lemuel Cena, who was truly committed in Edmark. And with that, everyone was amazed. The audience was very attentive listening to what the speaker is explaining and in return CM Bridget asked them on what they have learned in attending the seminar. The outstanding speaker CM Bridget had a genuine heart that gave us her full support to scattered the good news of being an Edmarker and to continue doing the business well with gratitude, abundance, love and compassion.

Another milestone has added in Edmark Hq-Iligan as it conducted the 1^st Working Smart Seminar last April 28, 2012. The said event participated by 9 outstanding leaders. Sapphire Manage Mary Ann Ragadio, Manager Violy Vergara and Manager Jeanita Paug grace the event along with other outstanding and potential builders of Edmark Iligan. Crown Manager Bridget Cena powerfully delivered the talk.

The event started with an opening prayer led by AM Loreto Ramos. Roof Shaking dance energizer followed that was led by Edmark Iligan Staff. The seminar was more fun and interactive as CM Bridget Cena started the seminar with a wonderful story. The story implanted in the heart of everyone to work quickly and with ease (smart).

Despite of electrical interruption encountered it would not stop the heart flaming of Iliganons in striving for success. As Booker T. Washington stated “Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he overcome.” It was a very fulfilling day as participants learned the information and motivation to strive more in doing Edmark business. Thanks to CM Bridget Cena also a native Iliganos to bring such inspirations and dedication to all.

Another major event happened here in HQ Cubao as we gather and celebrate the Diamond Recognition last Saturday April 28, 2012. We recognized our newly promoted Diamond Managers.

We start the program with a prayer followed by the National Anthem, then the dance energizer headed by the marvelous Marketing Eagles. Afterwards the parade of the newly promoted Diamond Managers, starting off with Ms. Diosdada Atienza of Batangas City, Ms. Marites Delo of San Andres Bukid Manila, Ms. Corazon Hila of San Andres Bukid Manila, last but not the least Ms. Jocelyn Talde of Antipolo City, unfortunately she didn’t came due to an emergency. But on the otherhand we have more than 40 attendees attended by top leaders and guests outside Metro Manila.

To welcomed them Crown Manager Ma. Teresa Riparip did the opening remarks, next is the jingle of the Children’s Joy Foundation which makes them feel like dancing. Our guest speaker was Crown Manager Dedgen Baliber who gives further details about the roles and benefits of a Daimond Manager. Afterwards is the awarding of certificates and flowers for the newly promoted Diamond Managers, Ms. Diosadada Atienza awarded as the Most Outstanding Diamond Manager and also a Carfund Qualifier. Next is the awarding of winners for P4 Contest, second runner-up is Ms. Rosamia Flotildes, first runner-up is Ms. Crissy Paguntalan and the P4 Winner is Ms. Runette Lamonte.

Special message was given by our generous-singing President Joey Urquia, which is followed by his heartwarming songs to serenade us all.
